Laconic Containment Procedures: SCP-2396 is kept in a standard human containment cell at Site-19.

Laconic Description: SCP-2396 is "Ms. Sweetie, from Little Misters ® by Dr. Wondertainment". When she consumes sugar, any nearby men will flee, and any man that manages to touch them will enter a diabetic coma.

Small candies will periodically appear near SCP-2396. If a man eats this candy, they will be transformed into hard candy.
