SCP-2111 is composed of four separate documents all centered around the same phenomenon.

RED TALISMAN

RED TALISMAN is a document meant for the Memetics Department. It describes an algorithm capable of generating cognitohazards which the Memetics Department can weaponize. These cognitohazards are used as security on various Foundation documents.

RIDDEN TONGUE

RIDDEN TONGUE is a document meant for the Antimemetics Division that describes two separate phenomena. The first phenomenon describes a file in the Foundation database that regularly generates cognitohazards.
The second phenomenon describes messages written on the walls of Foundation facilities.
These messages carry antimemetic properties and thus can only be understood by Antimemetics Division personnel.

REVENANT THEORY

REVENANT THEORY is a document meant for the Counterconceptual Division. It describes an antimemetic entity that has caused the deaths of thirty-six personnel within the Counterconceptual Division as well as the formation of antimemetic graffiti on the walls of Foundation facilities. This entity is believed to be responsible for the cognitohazardous content generated by RED TALISMAN.

READ THIS

READ THIS is a document meant for Mobile Task Force Omega-Zero, a task force consisting of deceased Foundation personnel.
READ THIS describes Michelle Yu, a Foundation employee who remained as an informational entity after her death. The use of mnestics by Michelle's colleagues caused memories involving her to remain indefinitely, preventing her from moving on to the afterlife. She began attacking and killing Foundation personnel who remembered her, causing the Counterconceptual Division to notice and document this phenomenon. This caused the deceased personnel to manifest within the Foundation database. Several of these personnel formed MTF Omega-Zero and managed to remove SCP-2111 from the databse. They now work for the Foundation combating informational entities. The SCP-2111 file is used for communication between Omega-Zero members.
