Laconic Containment Procedures: SCP-1993 is to remain inside it's safe at all times, even when being moved. No unauthorized personnel, whether D-Class or not, are allowed to access SCP-1993.

Laconic Description: SCP-1993 is a severed human leg. When someone sees it, they instantly think its their leg, amputate their own leg and attempt to attach SCP-1993 to their body. Subjects usually die either due to injuries sustained during the amputation or the infection afterwar- Oh shit, is that MY leg?!
