Laconic Containment Procedures: Keep it in a room, doesn't matter the size, and never keep it open for very long or let him out, lest it'll fill the site with wires.

Laconic Descriptions: An invisible man that creates razor-thin nearly indestructible wires connecting to its surroundings wherever it goes. These wires are used by SCP-183 similar to a spider's web, except instead of sticking to it, prey are cut up by it so that SCP-183 can eat their bodies. Sometimes it plays the wires like the strings of an instrument.
