Laconic Containment Procedures: Foundation MTFs have secured several regions of SCP-1678.

Laconic Description: SCP-1678 is a replica of London located below the real one. It is inhabited by entities similar to policemen and robot-birds, both hostile. The city is also home to some bizarre beings dressed in rags. Who or why created SCP-1678 is unknown.

When someone enters SCP-1678, a recording is heard and reveals that SCP-1678 was built as a refuge for survivors of a catastrophic event that caused evil monsters to take over the world.
