Laconic Containment Procedures: Satellites are to scan for instances of SCP-1506. MTF Phi-17 "The Arachnophobes" are tasked with manoeuvring instances of SCP-1506 away from populated areas using anti-smog fans.

Laconic Description: SCP-1506 is a giant cloud made of cobwebs that will lower strands downwards and attempt to capture people and animals, which will then be eaten by hundreds of spiders.
