Laconic Description: SCP-1427 is a mind-controlling stele created by an extinct species of homonids called the Homo Sapiens Decensus. Currently, SCP-1427 isn’t controlling anyone, but does emit rays that cause memory loss, abulia, and increased suggestibility.
