Laconic Description: SCP-116 is a white 6-year-old boy with 98% of his body cauterized. His bones are brittle. He has no joints but breaks his bones when moving. He heals entirely in minutes. He speaks broken English. Trying to translate what he says lowers the IQ of the translator.
