Laconic Containment Procedures: Store in a low-security locker. No fire or anything flammable is to be within 5 metres of it outside of testing.

Laconic Description: A candle lantern that when a lit candle is placed in it will make a shadow on each wall inside the candle, that writhes in pain until the candle is put out. The residue of the candle is made of human fat regardless of what it was made of before.
