Laconic Containment Procedures: SCP-096 is to be kept in a windowless containment cell. DON'T LOOK AT IT.

Laconic Description: SCP-096 is an unusually tall and thin humanoid with arms almost long enough to reach the ground and a huge mouth. It mostly just walks around or sleeps unless someone sees its face, including photos and video, at which point it has a meltdown, travels at anomalous speeds to whoever saw it, and kills them.

Additional Context: It killed most of the people sent to retrieve it, shooting it doesn't work, an unidentifiable dot in a photo is enough to trigger it, and it will still get you if you're on a plane or deep in the ocean.
