Laconic Containment Procedures: Kept in a 10m³ reinforced concrete box. Must always be stocked with non-perishable food and water, and basic amenities (couch, books, bed). Personnel armed with basic firearms and sticky-foam guns. Integrity is checked twice daily. Will be contained in a stronger material temporarily if attempting breach, until another concrete box is made. Given sedatives and painkillers as requested.
Laconic Description: SCP-070 is a of Native American man with metal wings emerging from its back. SCP-070 states it can't control the wings, as if they have their consciousness. Its wings are too heavy to move and are nearly indestructible.
Additional Context: SCP-070 claimed the wings 'appeared' after he woke up in a scrapyard after taking 'peyote' (a type of cactus that can be taken as a drug similar to LSD).
