Laconic Containment Procedures: Keep SCP-068 in a Teflon and rubber box away from electricity.

Laconic Description: SCP-068 is a small metal stick figure made from an unknown metal. It animates when introduced to electricity. When it touches metal while animated, it takes a strip from it and makes a copy, repeating until the metal used is gone.

If it makes 102 copies or there is no metal around, all the copies including SCP-068 will make a big figurine, and SCP-068 will emanate Gamma, Beta, and Theta brain waves. After it will 'deactivate' and become dormant for 4 minutes and 32 seconds.
