Laconic Containment Procedures: Let SCP-021 stay on a D-class for as long as the D-class survives. The D-class is to remain in a normal cell. The D-class does not need to go for the monthly terminations.

Laconic Description: SCP-021 is a tattoo in the shape of a dragon that lives on human skin. It acts like a normal organism, eating and moving, although when it moves, it causes pain to the person it is on. It eats the pigments on a person's skin but eats existing tattoos first. It transfers to other people, living or dead, by physical contact.

Additional Context: SCP-021 hints at how old the foundation is, with them having contained it for hundreds of years.
