Title: The Essence of Indolence
Laconic Abstract: The Essence of Indolence is an armchair composed of tactile illusions. It feels like living flesh, and a medical examination reveals live vitals (heartbeat, breathing). If an individual sits in the armchair to watch television, they themselves will become furniture similar to the piece over the course of 32 hours.
Laconic Intent: This piece was created with the sole influence of exposing the erroneous invention of the television and what it has made of us. We are becoming no more useful than the furniture upon which we lounge. In that essence, why not be the furniture?
