Oneiroi Collective

The Oneiroi Collective is a group of interest comprised only of dreaming individuals/dream-based anomalies whose existence was only discovered by the foundation following study of its existence.

Additional Context: This GoI is one of the many groups of interest that has its own assigned Mobile Task Force, that being Mobile Task Force Omicron Rho (The Dream Team).
