Chicago Spirit

The Chicago Spirit was an organized crime syndicate based in Chicago employing anomalous individuals and artifacts. Its leader, Richard Chappell is a reality bender. Over time while their power grew, in the mid 1900s, the SCP foundation captured Chappell and caused the complete downfall of the group.
